First i stripped it dwon to a pile o parts....

First thing i did was the "Mirror Tranny Rebuild"

This process intails you taking the tranny right apart and re assemblying it back wards..the advatge of this is instead of flipping the tranny around to conbat rear torque and you lose the weight of the motor as it would be out back now. By doing this the motor now sitis on the oposite side of the chassis whaich eleminates the torque twist...and the motor is still out front.

Stock tranny....

Flipped the gears over and added some grease...

Next was the skid plate..i had to cut the bottom corners off so i could remount the lower links to the inside of the chassis plates as they liked to hang up on the rocks a little, i also inverted the shocks after reinstalling the springs, BLU rated ones in the rear and (Yellow) ones in the front..will check it out tonight. I also made a rear mounting plate for the esc as i no longer was running the plate across the top. I also added the MIP drive shafts and double bolted the drive cups to the out put shafts.

Skid plate before and then mounted...

The rest of the build pictures...

and what i finished with...

how i ahd to mount the shocks and links...
